A monthly AI Credit allowance. Judged on what you win.

Every plan buys intelligence capacity, not seats — everyone on your team drafts, reviews and approves for free. Upload a document, store it, search it: never a credit. Scoring, drafting and analysis draw from your monthly AI Credits.

Per month, billed yearly — 20% below monthly.

How the meter actually works.

Three definitions, so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.

An AI Credit

Your monthly intelligence budget, not a per-seat lever.

Every plan's whole team drafts, reviews and approves for free — you are never billed per person. Credits meter the AI itself: analyzing, scoring and drafting. Uploading, storing and searching a document never spends one.

A scored pursuit

One RFP, scored and drafted as many times as you like.

Revisions, re-drafts, follow-up questions and the post-award reconciliation all sit inside the same pursuit — each one just spends its own AI Credits as it goes.

Your library

Storage is not a line item.

Past proposals, certifications and case studies upload free on every plan and never spend a credit. Plans differ on how many answers are governed, not how much you can store.

Add-ons, when you need them.

Optional, priced plainly, and never required to get value from a plan.

100,000 AI Credits

A one-time top-up, credited immediately, on top of your monthly allowance.

Questions people ask before buying.

What happens when we run low on AI Credits?

Nothing stops working without warning. You're told at 70% and again near your limit, and at zero you're offered a top-up pack — credited immediately — or a move to the next plan. Either way, nothing you've already drafted or scored is ever taken away.

What happens if we go over the pursuit limit on Starter?

Nothing stops working. We flag it and you can move to Growth, where scored pursuits are unlimited — the 15/month cap only applies to Starter.

Do we need historical proposals for this to be useful?

It helps, and it is not required. Scoring calibrates on public award data first, then shifts to your record as your outcomes accumulate. Most teams see the difference by the second quarter.

Is the bid/no-bid scoring available on every plan?

Scoring itself is. The reasoning trail, the outcome simulator and the reconciliation against real results start on Growth, because they depend on unlimited pursuits to be worth reading.

Can we pilot on past bids before committing?

Yes, and we recommend it. Load a win, a loss and one you passed on during the trial and compare Paavya's reasoning against what actually happened.

What does onboarding involve?

Connecting your document sources and confirming what counts as a good answer. Two sessions on Growth, a dedicated lead on Team, and a structured migration plan on Enterprise.

Try it on a decision you already made.
