Paavya, Inc. ("Paavya," "we," "us," or "our") helps teams draft RFP and proposal responses using AI trained on their own past work. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web application, and related services (together, the "Services").
We designed Paavya so your proposal content stays yours. We collect the information needed to run the Services, improve your drafting experience, and keep your account secure — and nothing more. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you upload to train models for other customers.
The short version: Your documents are used to generate drafts for you. They are encrypted, access-controlled, and never shared with other customers or used to train shared models.

Paavya uses AI to read RFPs and generate responses grounded in your own materials. When you upload documents, they are processed to build a private, account-scoped knowledge base used only to draft your responses.
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most data directly in your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of Paavya after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
