Roadmap

From what shipped to what comes next.

What Paavya shipped this month, what is being built now, what is waiting on a partner's review, and what is planned. Upcoming work carries no dates, because a date we cannot keep is worse than none. When something ships, it moves up this page.

Shipped

October 2026

  1. Shipped

    Today's session

Home opens on one guided run through everything waiting on you: what could sink a bid first, then the rest, each item opening where its work is done.

  2. Shipped

A pursuit asks one question at a time

Each bid is an interview: one big question, a map of named topics showing what is done and what is owed, and help beside it.

  3. Shipped

    Solicitations read with their evidence

Paavya splits a package into its parts and reads its key fields, keeping a value only when it can quote the line that supports it.

  4. Shipped

First drafts keep writing after you close the tab

Saving the team plan starts a first pass on every empty section, written on the server as the person who saved it.

  5. Shipped

Scribble, one page on every device

The same Scribble on desk and phone, with the charts, cards and actions it makes kept on the reply, so they are there when you come back.

Building now

Under way, on screens that already exist

  1. NowBuilding now

    Scheduled reports from Insights

Saved reports can already be kept. Sending one on a schedule, such as a Monday summary to leadership, is next. Until then the screen says it does not send.

  2. NowBuilding now

    More buyer signals

Scribble's buyer read covers SEC filings, published awards, your own history and what your team heard. Hiring, technology and news signals are next, each listed as not connected until it is.

  3. NowBuilding now

    Reading scanned documents

Paavya already recognizes a scan with no text in it and flags it. Reading those pages is being added, so nobody mistakes a scan for an empty file.

  4. NowBuilding now

    Web search in Scribble

For questions your records cannot answer, with every answer citing its sources. It stays off until it is switched on for your workspace.

Waiting on approval

Built or designed, waiting on a partner's review

  1. In reviewWaiting

    Meetings and email, connected directly

Your calendar and forwarded email already come in with your consent. Mailbox, Teams, Meet and Zoom connections wait on each provider's app review, and arrive private to you.

  2. In reviewWaiting

    Paavya by text

Ask a question or hear that a section is ready for you, by text message. Paavya never texts first, and each kind of message is switched on only by you.

  3. In reviewWaiting

    More places to find opportunities

Find a solicitation searches SAM.gov's full catalog today. Agency forecasts and commercial bid networks come one source at a time, each named on the results it adds.

Planned

Agreed as the next step, not yet started

  1. LaterPlanned

    Outside collaborators

Invite a partner or subcontractor to one pursuit without opening the rest of your workspace or your Library to them.

  2. LaterPlanned

Pinning and tags in My notes

Pin a note to the top and tag notes by topic, beside the place each note was written.

  3. LaterPlanned

    Evidence requests drafted for you

When a Library claim needs fresh proof, Scribble drafts the request for someone outside the record's owners. It still goes out only through the owner.

What Paavya will never do on its own.

These are not on the roadmap because they are the product. However much Scribble takes on, a person does these.

  • Submit a response

Scribble prepares the submission and says what is left. A person sends it.

  • Approve a section

A named approver who did not write the section approves it.

  • Commit to a bid

Bid, Hold or No bid is a person's call, with the evidence in front of them.

  • Contact a buyer

Questions to the buyer are drafted and approved in Paavya, and sent by a person.

Tell us what you need next.

This page is shaped by the teams who bid with Paavya. Send us the problem, not only the feature: the problem is what moves an item up.
