A section is sent for review, sent back and approved by the right people
Every section now moves through review on the record: who sent it, who asked for changes and why, and who approved it. An edit after approval reopens it.

A response is written section by section, and each section now moves through its own review, kept on the record.
How a section moves
- The writer sends it for review from the section's docked bar, once nothing is owed.
- A reviewer approves it, or asks for changes with a note. The note goes to the writer, so "sent back" always comes with a reason.
- Nobody reviews their own section. The person who wrote it cannot approve it.
- An edit after approval reopens it. If the words change once a section is approved, the approval no longer stands and the section goes back for review.
Every move is kept as part of the pursuit's history, so you can see who sent what, when, and what came back.
Where you see it
The Response list on the left of the drafting workspace shows where each section stands, such as Not started, In review or Approved. Your own section work, to write or to review, is listed on Home under Your sections.
Pictures are from Paavya's demo workspace, so names, bids and figures are illustrative.
